More Dark Flake, in a Ser Jacopo. This stuff is almost too tame. Almost.
Opened the second tin of my Peterson's 5 tin sampler last night. This tin is Old Dublin, smoked in a no name (but nice) bent billiard. They advertise this blend as Latakia, Turkish oriental and Virginia. To me that sounds like an English, but if I hadn't read the can, I would not have guessed it. In any event it was an interesting smoke, I mean that in a good way. I like it, it had a cool tasing quality, I would get it again. Three more tins to go.
P&W Nut Brown Burley in my Cellini Slightly Bent Billiard.
I started my day off all wrong this morning by making my first bowl McC Red Cake instead of SWR with my first cup of coffee this morning, now I'm trying to get back on track with some SWR in a DrG Billiard, and of course, more coffee... hope this works!
G&H Dark Flake in a clay.
Puffing up a cloud the last hour or so. On the phone harassing the hell out of people to support a local wildlife rehab place that's tight for cash. 3 pipes loaded with Painter Hills and they're not getting a rest. Be happy I don't have your phone number or it would be costing you at least $5. I can be one persistent s.o.b. when I feel it's the right thing to do.
1776 Bostonian in a comoy canadian
That Llight English in the Gentleman lasted through my last smoke break at work. Think I'll load some more of it in my Dip for the ride home. Looks like a storm coming though, so I may have to wait till I get home to smoke it. Oh well, LE, Dip and Merlot sound nice too!
I was running late for work this morning and didn't grab a pipe but I did get 1.5oz of Prince Albert for $5 on lunch today so I'll be trying that for the first time when I get home tonite!
Escudo in a Kaywoodie Standard Grain apple. Lotsa coffee, lotsa rain. My kinda day...really.
FDF in a billiard
I've got a General full of Bayou Morning and lots of time on my hands. Beautiful day in east Mississippi.
C&D Burley Flake #3 in a meer. Sticky fog on the side.
Rose of Latakia in a Dunhill. I am visiting relatives, dinner is delayed, but I found Italian dry salami and cheese.
What's in the glass, 7-up?
Uhmmm a Shirly Temple... Well it's red....
Now it's on to Ten Russians in a Pete B5 Aran.
Solani Burley Flake in the Duco Carlo apple. Gin and tonic on the side. Big G&T. Tonight starts my pre summer vacation!
Just got off work, walked the dog in the drizzle with a cob full of GAF. Perfect bowl, all the way through. I can't believe I avoided cobs for so long for no good reason at all.
Butera Latakia #1 in a Sav.
