A little Sutliff Molto Dolce in old "Stonewall" all the while enjoying my morning pot of Maxwell House. Feels like the sun is trying to peak thru! (Either that, or now my wife has given me her Hot Flashes!)

Just finished a big bowl of Edward's Reserve in the Savinelli Bulldog EX on this rainy day. Going to have some lunch and a beer, and then a bowl of Dark Flake.

So much for my revisit to MBGE, that was a dump and reload exercise, now I'm smoking some sweet and full of flavor McClelland Red Cake in a DrG Billiard. :)

A cup of Earl Grey with a bowl of Red Cake in a DrG Rhodesian makes for a great afternoon!

Tordenskjold Virginia Slices in a Pete XL02. It wants to bite me a little in this pipe. I think I packed too loosely.

Edit: Yep, it was too loose. I let it go cool off, tamped it down tighter, an fired it back up. Now it's chugging along nicely.

Peterson's Sunset Breeze in a Peterson African meerschaum. Need to get some more of those little pouch moisteners. They work well in small jars that get opened fairly frequently. Not sure if I'll keep this tobacco around. Perhaps just a little, since it's not top 10 material for me, but is pleasant every now and again.

I just filled my newly countersunk gurgling basket pipe fulla Sweet Killarney. This is the first higher-end tin I have ever smoked, and I REALLY like this stuff so far.

Getting ready to fire up some McCranie's Red Ribbon 1983 (from 1999) in my Dunhill Shell Briar, along with some Founder's KBS, and Glen Morangie Quinta Ruban.
How's that for a bday treat to my self? :bday:

Sweet Killarney Is one of my keepers. Slow and easy, not letting it get too hot, and lots of interesting things happen as you get about halfway through a bowl of it. Enjoy!

Heh, I smoke it wet straight from the tin, fully rubbed out. I find it loses its magic when dried out even 10 minutes.

Condor Long Cut, wet and rubbed out, in a clay.

Oh, and happy bday Mington :toast:
