Not quite sure yet - I was a bit too eager to fire this up and should have let it dry a bit. Smoky and smooth though - in a good way.

Thats what I got from my sample... though I didn't think what I had needed drying.. It was very smooth and nicely smoky with a few nuances that my untrained tongue noticed but couldn't place.. It sure was a tasty smoke though.

Summer has one downside, sun doesn't set until after 10:30. I can't sit outside for an evening smoke in the dark and enjoy my delusion that I'm making half decent smoke rings. Another small Talisker and I won't care.

My intro was courtesy of jpberg, who advised that I not be daunted by relights or funky burning. He was right.

    Hello folks!

Hope you are having a good evening. I am smoking SWR in my Full-bent MM Cob General, made by dbwitkopff (sp?) which is most excellent, and I think Ive been smoking for a good two hours now. Only refilled once! Lovin it.

If you get the chance, Albatross.. Try a full bowl of Lakeland Brickle from H&H in your full bent general.. It starts out ok, but transforms into a truly epic smoke as you smoke it down the talll bowl.

Just had a tiny-bit-of-a-bowl of Barbary Coast in my new Tsuge. As has historically been the case with me and briars, it was a bit of a trial, but I am going to keep trying. And if eventually I have to admit defeat and become the only person in the modern world who smokes nothing but clays, well, that'll be all right too.
