University Flake cradling Irish Oak in the xxl IMP meerschaum. Much better. That bowl of MacBaren Club Blend and Nutty Cut really was sad. Well, nothing ventured, nothing gained.

I’m winding up the evening with a DrG full of Red Cake and a scotch on the side, what a wonderful day it has been.

What a fantastic day I've had ! I was a sponsor for a young man who was confirmed today .. as I was for his father a few years back ! The bishop was so fantastic that I just dont have the words nor is this the place for it .... Just know I'm super happy today :) Had the morning SWR/Cob smoke . After Mass I smoked a bowl that Len sent to me ... he got it at James Fox store [ across the pond ] .. it's called Sheans Blend , and it was a very pleasent aromatic [ German in style ] Thanks Len ! I think I'll end this day w/ a bowl of Edgeworth in my Kaywoodie [ Masive billiard ] #39 " Dads Pipe " . If I could only have one Kaywoodie pipe ... the #39 would be it . Ya cant beat a large Billiard

Days like that are rare in life and should be savored. To top it off with a special smoke is terrific! I know you enjoyed it

I have a Dad's pipe. It's a bent Billiard carburator and smokes great also.

    Happy Smoking,
    Paul

Popped the lid on my third tin of the 5 tin Peterson's sample pack.
This time it is Irish Oak in a Sav rustic bent apple.
First impression Is good! If you don't want an aro, or lat, this is a nice basic smoke. Sometimes that is what I want.

Starting the week by cleaning up my tobacco tray, so it's a cob full of tray parfait with Ethiopian french press coffee.

I have my Peterson Shamrock loaded with Mac Baren Dark Twist Roll Cake.
Not too bad with the morning joe. I've been venturing away from English in the mornings and have been giving other blends a try.
