Got up awhile ago and got Levi out for a quick morning go about while coffee was brewing. Jumped in the SL500 for tunes while steering I balanced the Pusser rum mug filled with strong and black white packing the MM Diplomat with AoTM. Got to harbor beach and read last nights offering on the RAZR Droid. Good morning PSFer's.

Carter Hall in my DGE poker with coffee on the side. After this coffee, the boozing will commence. I'm not sitting through this ceremony sober.

4 bottles of mumm and plenty of beer

'preciate it. I ended up getting 3 80's, an 81, and an 83 on my finals. Extraordinarily mediocre.

Up early to do some grading while the kids are still asleep. Final grades due on Monday at 3:30. Thus, much work to do.

News ears still have me excited.

You just needed more instructors like me: I've been givin' out A-'s like candy this year. Really, I'm getting pathetic as I get older.

Sun is up and so am I. Good morning everyone! I'm smoking CH in a Westie with Community Coffee on the side catching up on this thread. Piper Mike will be over later this morning and I'm thinking #5100 in a MMCG while we are out tending the garden. My order of Plumcake and Blackwoods Flake arrived yesterday afternoon. I popped the lid on the Blackwoods Flake and it smelled delicious. Can't wait to try some later today, but need to sit down with a beer and relax while trying it out.

Back to back bowls of CH in the Wilke Lovat ...

This pipe got a good 8 hour snooze while I did. But then the barking commenced: Where's my FEED? So it's been CH ever since. This briar is under the mistaken impression that it's a clay or meerschaum. Still smoking dry as a b.

I'm not out to mimic Wicker's ClayPril: 250 bowls in one month is a bit daunting. But I do feel myself suddenly coming under the island influence ...

A lovely pipe, this Lovat. Top hole. An absolute corker. From Wilke, a most excellent purveyor of smoker's requisites since 1872.

Pip pip, toodle pip, cheerio, and what ho, you swanning gits.

I read quite a few reviews on the Brown b\Bogie I smoked last night and fail to see how truly little experience many of these folks have had with tobacco either as cigars, cigarettes or pipes. It would stand to reason that reading how the tobacco is prepared and the manufacturers description (although not totally a no-brainer) would help one understand what kind of treatment is required to have an experience from the smoke to be memorable. I found the taste quite similar to a Punch Rare Corojo a cigar that I enjoyed in the past, not an every day smoke much like this tobacco but one that brings back find memories of the past and future memories to experience. Admittedly my Brown Bogie sample is over a decade old and has been well stored but cannot imagine it to have been any less potent, it smoked to a wonderful light ash and had me wondering if this type of ash could be used for pipe mud as well since the tobacco certainly resembles a cigar albeit a rather oddly shaped one. :D
