Just returned from a visit to my parents tired of sitting so I will catch up on this thread later. Took a Stanwell Bulldog and some McClelland 5110 with me so the rare times I had a moment for a smoke thats what I had. I am going to smoke some Penzance in a big Peterson now.

Looks like I've been asking the wrong question. All this time, I've wondered why Dominos doesn't sell pizza...

More like 12 pages if you sleep longer than a few hours.

It's pretty good. I was suprised by the cut and how dry it is. I kinda expected a thinner ribbon but this works. Actually I like it alot, it has a little of that musty/dusty note that I like.

I need to get a 21" chain saw to cut on some pecan trees here in TX and OK for one purpose only: BBQ. Makes the best brisket. Period. I'll use it for some hickory and peach for pork ribs and Boston butt (pulled pork). Thursday at 7pm I started 4 briskets for a get-together on Friday at 7pm. They got pulled off at 4pm or 21 hours later. They cut like butter from what I hear. I wasn't invited to the gig, just asked to do the meat :D I got a lot of biz from it though. Smoked pipes all night, but I can't remember all that I smoked except for; HH AK, PS LTF/LNF/LBF, SG FVF/SJF/BBF/FD and Escudo... that's 8 bowls which got me through the night, but there was more on Friday... prolly HH AK since Ani Kake is so easy for me to smoke and I love the taste.

That said, this morning I slept late till 8am; got up and got me, the wife, my 5 kids to worship which was great. The wife put a roast in the crock pot. Got home and the house smelled like a nap! Ate more than I should have of pot roast and taters and green beans. Took a nap till about 3pm. Got up and filled up a MM with some McClelland #2015. Just got done with a bowl LNF in a Grabow billiard. And now, I'm going to leave (after this post) to go to a study on the Westminster Confession of Faith while smoking pipes with the men at the study. So, I'm taking a couple cobs and briars and mason jars of PS and SG blends to enjoy the evening with good discussion, good smokes and good coffee/beer.

North Sea in the Grabow. Ice water. On cello, Rostropovich. Or Maury Povich. I get confused.
