Pork steak and brats are done. Waiting on Miss Daisy to finish the collard greens, home made cornbread and sweet taters. Smoked "English Keel", a sample from WrightwoodJohn in a MM Diplomat while out grillin. The Lat smelled strong in the bag note, but was just right in the smokin. Liked it a lot. Drank a bottle of Presidente beer to time the charcoal burn, then switched to a nice Merlot.

For the final contestant of the day we'll introduce contestant #5 in the Morta Anni Kake Challenge. Since our challenger is the second Askwith from England to compete the theme of the challenge is Oh Britannia. Totally bedecked in shimmering black with a fantastic waist of Mastodon Ivory with a gorgeous white tail, let's hear it for challenger #5. :appl:

Dinner's running late, so I'm getting in at least half a bowl of St. James Flake in a 1986 three quarter bend Bacchus face CAO meer. Just finished a couple of cups of hot coffee and will open a bottle of Sprite in a moment or two. Watching/listening to the Braves-Dodgers game, and just saw Matt Kemp take a homer away from Jason Heyward, so the Braves did not score. Heyward rounded second, took off his helmet and saluted it toward Kemp. You don't see that kind of sportsmanship very often.

You've got a fine tray of soaps there, Morse. I'm waiting on BFS, which arrives Monday. P&C packed and shipped my order in record time. Kudos to those folks. My order was pretty complex too, and they nailed every single item.

Hope you get to try the Kendal Flake at some point. Very heavy on the rose initially. But that fades with time, and you're left with a super smooth, rich, satisfying smoke. One of the best in the GH lineup IMHO.

I'm surprised not to hear about RB Plug (Samuel Gawith) here on WAYS . It's the most outrageously scented Lakeland I've ever smoked. The description I heard once was oriental spice bazaar. But that's putting it mildly.

Still puffing on Melange in a Meerschaum ...

Hey MBV, Kendal Flake is actually on my "hmm that sounds good" list - and your description seals the deal. As for RB plug that one had skipped my notice completely - I just checked the P&C website though and the description sounds extremely enticing. Make that one more for the list

We just went and got an LG 3D Smart TV a few hours ago, and watched an insect show in 3D. This is wild how from 8ft. away on the couch, the CGI bugs project right out a foot or two in front of your face! We're going to watch more tonight. I saw they have Mozart concerts in 3D.

Going to smoke a Legend full of Smyrna #1 and keep playing around with it.
