If you have any Anniversary Kake fill the bowl with 2/3's of what you want to smoke then the last 1/3 with Anni Kake, the ghost will go hither and yon.......... :msty:

I got a nice helping of some with a little age on it from CarlBC, pretty good smoke, some nic, but I seem to have a tolerance for strong tobacco. I like the hint of sweetness the BC puts in it.

I think its basically smoking a sweet cavendish with a little lat. I like it once in awhile when I am in the mood for something sweet, but its not as boring as other Cavendish tobaccos. However, the lat is not very strong. I think it smokes better in a smaller bowls, everytime I smoke it in a big pipe it gets boring like every other cavendish towards to the bottom. I don't really find it to be that goopy, but I do smoke it in straight or slightly bent pipes for ease of cleaning, because it sure looks like its goopy. If you PM me I can send you a sample.

So a couple of weeks ago I was craving some Latakia so I opened a well aged tin of Bow legged bear, that didn't quite do it, I smoked nearly all of it and opened some Altadis 965 match, that is pretty good stuff, if the Dunhills had not come back I could have got by on this. BUT it is a little more than I wanted for an all day smoke so yesterday I broke down and opened my last tub of Middleton's Walnut....

Bliss:) this is what I've been wanting...I'm a happy camper now smoking Walnut in a cob with lots of black coffee.

Afternoon all. Hazy & warm autumn day here. Spent much of it running errands. But chilling now with FVF in a GBD Century bulldog. In an hour or so I'll light the FRiday evening BBQ. Let the weekend begin!

Nice pipe Muddler. Hearing posts from you about the onset of fall/winter while spring/summer is waxing here in the northern hemisphere is a great reminder about how we're all together on this spinning blue ball. Although today's weather is more like late fall here.
