Good Lord! All you guys offering to help out a brother in need! You guys rock! Thanks SO MUCH!

Thuber messaged about posting a pic of the new DG. Does anyone know how to do that from a iPad?

BTW--This one doesn't seem much like my old Grand Duke. Much heavier and thicker. Am I just imagining that?

Welcome to the club - I received a sample recently and ordered a 500g box a couple of days later. It's great stuff - if you like it give Brown Flake Scented a try, it s a very similar experience. GH is quickly becoming my favorite blender.

Uhm - I mean GH is a small, second rate organization with old equipment and a reluctance to try new things. Steer clear if you have any sense at all ;)

It's not even that I'm on a budget. I've just began to see there's no point to worry about tobaccos we can't easily get from our B&M, smokingpipes.com or pipesandcigars.com because there are just way too many out there. Sure, eventually I'd love some Semois, and some Penzanze/Tilbury/Stonehaven, but I have 100 more to try, and I've tried 50+.

This April 2012 MB Navy Flake is really excellent in my new Sav Dublin, by the way. Next up is a 50/50 mix of LNF and MB Navy Flake.

Smoking Baker Street USA, thanks to SurlySoul, in my Wally Frank upside down billiard. Just came back from my mailbox where I found a package shipped from Germany! I believe I know what's in this package. I'm going to open it up here in a minute and then it'll be a big thanks tol PipeSimmo. :thu2:

Yeah, but it still tastes funny. Maybe I'm just comparing it to my old pipe. It's not going to be that nice. Yet.

Its probably going to be a few bowls to clear out, and maybe it caught some fumes from the blister packaging.

HU is the Greg Pease of Germany. Well worth the extra money for these blends.

Thanks for posting that for me. And note my roommate. He's very quiet, but he bites like crazy.

I don't know what happened, but I have a bigass keg of beer all to my lonesome. So if you're in Syracuse area, come help me kill it. And I'm smoking Irish Oak in the WTF pipe..

Yep. It's kinda sad. He only has three feet, and so is a bit slow. Takes him a while to catch his crickets. I "adopted" him because a pet store here couldn't sell him, given his condition.

I'd love to, but that's a hell of a ride for free beer. One day the stars will align and you and I will do damage, sir.
