I don't normally like white stems, but that is a damn fine looking pipe.
Edit: I think the softie bit breaks it up enough to make it look sharp.

Smoked some McClelland Old World Classic for the first time. Burned it in my Altinok apple meer. I feared the ketchup smell when I first opened the bag, but the flavor while smoking was nice.

Thinking about a second bowl, maybe HH Old Dark Fired... :bing:

That's another one I've been meaning to try. Sounds like it'd be right up my alley.

It will be my first bowl, and I thought the same of the reviews/description I've read.

I'll be interested to hear what you think of it then. I've been putting off ordering some for a while.

Finally opened the tin of Irish Oak that's been sitting here for a few weeks. Didn't like it in a briar. Not too bad though, in a cob. Had a cup of Kusmi Triokla tea on the side. That worked well. Now onto MB Cherry Ambrosia in a cob with ice tea on side.

I'm having a busy weekend so I'm not getting out to smoke as much as I like, I've been smoking a bowl of FMOTT all day, on and off.

    Good evening gentlemen. :toast:
Weekend at last. Just came home from work, its already late night and I can't wait to light up a bowl of HU's Dockworkers Flake in the Tinsky - same as yesterday. It's just a premium combination and I was looking forward to this bowl all work day long. Apfelwein on the side.

Watching the Pirates-Nats game, tied at 2-2 in the 4th. Strasburg doesn't quite look like his old self, but Starling Marte butchered a ball hit in the left field corner, so Strasburg has hope. And as Marte tried to stop the ball, he transfered his glove from one hand to the other when he was trying to field the it. I've never seen anything like that in all my years watching and playing ball.

Anyway, I'm smoking Dunbar in a medium bend 1983 Ascorti New Dear KS, and cleaning a few pipes now that I finished reading the box scores.

It's tied up at 4-4 in the 7th now.

Along with a cup of hot coffee, I'm smoking Kendal's #7 in a 1970s slight bend black sandblasted Comoy's Silver Cloud 624. Thanks to Flatbush Paul for the trade sample. I really don't know why I'm thanking that enabler. Everything he's ever traded me, I like. I may have to rethink some cellar additions. Consarned troublemaking enabling, etc. etc., etc.

Oh... I forgot to add grumble, grumble, grumble! :D Shouldn't have forgotten that one. :poke:
