Do you only buy the oil-cured Twin Bore Radices, or are their other pipes really nice as well? I've been interested in one, but I haven't been able to score an oil-cured TB (probably because of you ), and I wonder how much of a difference it makes.l
Smoking some Germain 1820 in a Neerup. This is a really lovely Germain mixture, and one of my favorite English blends. Luckily, it's one of the few Germain mixtures that is readily available on our shores.
Actually, scratch that. It's absolutely terrible. Do NOT buy it. Don't even go anywhere near it. It's poisonous.

Just walked home from a dinner with a couple of friends. It was a pleasant evening! On the way home, had most of a bowl of Best Brown #2 in the new Stanwell
Packed my pipes and cellar today. Left two pipes and four tobaccos. DFU, Half and Half and two burley mixes from the local B&M. Should last two weeks. Pipes are a Sav. Oscar Dry Dublin and a Yellobole Carburetor. Had some burley in the carburetor...good stuff and a nice cooll smoke as always.
Be careful! JgBerg already put Thurber, Dbear, and me on the Group W bench once.
Same place the first 30 or 40 pages in these threads go when I wait more than a couple of days to get in here. You folks are fast.

Yea, but did you have 27 8x10 color glossy pictures with circles and arrows and a paragraph on the back of each one? Old Companion in a mod cob, with Pepsi. Busy day in the shop. Got some Bullitt Proof Mod Cobs done, one has 3 stems so it's a nose warmer, or a regular, or a churchwarden. After they dry over night will post some pics tomorrow.
