finally caught up on this thread. ahhhh. I smoked a lot of different things tonight, in a lot of different pipes. Some were good, some were not so good, but in the end I went for MD mix in the CG....which tasted odd because I think I ghosted my nose with some of the not so good.

Friends, if you don't know it already, Rekamepip is a real class act and a truly nice, stand up guy. He asked me to not go into specifics, but wow, very generous.
I could not even lie to myself and pretend that I was half as selfless.

Why are you always up so early!? I haven't even been able to get some sleep yet.

another bowl of SWR waiting on sleep to come over me and thinking about a tobacco purchase. Cigars or pipes....hmmm...

Heck I'm late getting up today and we had a frost, crickey it's May!
Walking Stick needs a Becker maybe one by the late Fritz or one of Paulo's Morta pipes.
Sun is being stubborn but Juice is singing well, coffee is great and Condor in the Anne Julie is mighty fine. :D

Good Morning All! Sutliff Sunrise Smoke in my P-Lip Cob with the second cup of Maxwell House. Fell asleep early last night so woke up early. Amazing how that works! Thought that after all the Evan Williams I disposed of last night, this morning might be a bit rough. But aint happened yet! My guess is that first ya gotta have a brain before it can swell. Lucky me!

He goes to bed with the chickens and gets up with the rooster. It's in the Old Farts Code, altho not widely followed much anymore. Besides, the sun hits that part of the country first. Then there's the Worm theory. :old: :poke:

Back from the restaurant where I had a mans breakfast, medium rare burger with grilled onions and two more large china mugs of Khave then picked up the Sunday paper and piled into the SL500 for some vintage Juice (very rare copy of her first album on CD) and the MM Diplomat filled with AoTM. Now home where I ran the espresso machine that I picked up at a yard sale yesterday filled with freshly ground Jamaican Blue Mountain, Yum delish! Think I will finish the Diplomat whilst sipping on this cup of heaven.

Sure is especially when you pick up a very well kept $300 stainless steel Breville Espresso Machine with cast iron boiler and copper tubing for a mere $15, I'll play with my bean grinding setting in the Rancillio Rocky Grinder today to tweak the best cup then I'm a happy man, been w/o a machine nigh on 6 months and I'm BACK baby! :booty:
