Tinderbox 101 in a Carolina Briar (Tinderbox basket pipe). 101 is a house blend by one of the Tinderbox stores in town. I think that they said it was Wilshire (Lane 1-Q) mixed with another of their bulk blends. Maybe it's Black Russian? Smells kinda like chocolate and vanilla...but I bought it so long ago I can't remember exactly. It's pretty rare that I smoke aromatics these days, so this afternoon I'm thinking Dunhill EMP.

Had some Classic Burley Kake in the HWiebe Devil Anse, and then set it up with some Carter Hall/Five Brother's mix on top and bottom with some PS LBF sandwiched in the middle for tonight.

Just finished the last :( of the Black House in my poker. So I'm loading up some Magnum Opus to drown my sorrows! Sun has been trying to peak out this morning with very little luck. Time for more coffee!

I got a bit brave and I'm smoking my way through a bowl of G&H Black Irish X without it being diluted. Still breathing thus far. Oh, in a Peterson System 31.

Capt. Earle's Diamond Head in a bent MM Cob, with Folgers Black Silk on the side with sugar and "caramel macchiato" creamer. ( I ran out of heavy whipping cream this morning, and this caramel creamer crap is too thin to go without sugar underneath it)

With the pending sinus/ear infection, I think this may be the last pipe for a day or two. After smoking almost nothing but PA for several weeks, this is a nice curve-ball.

Suzy and Molly were taken care of by m'lady, so all I had to do was to wake up and pretend I knew what I was doing. I proved I did by lighting up Dunbar in a 2002 smooth natural straight silver banded Ardor Venere Extra Fatta A Mano Maigret, signed by Dorelio Rovera. A nice smoke to start the smoking day with.

Mrs Wicker was up for it (post #946)
but I had to break her off to fetch me a cold beer the Egg Cob and Wicker mix while I sat and supervised. The plank started on the floor and got levered up block at a time
    [IMG]
up and over, and that's where it's stopping !
    plenty of Bamboo stems
    [IMG]
just to plumb in, we used to pay our water rates bill to Yorkshire Water but it's been taken over by a French firm and the prices have been jacked up,
we pay £1.25 per day whether we use any water or not so like the back it's going to be live feed and spill the overflow into the Bamboo (it likes it wet)
so turn the tap on when we're out there off when we come in
