O.K. You've got a point. I'll invest some time in it tonight. I'm so sick of the net provider in this place . . .

Sherlock's last night. Then I ran out. So BR Bourbon Whiskey this a.m.

Yes, and it's the only thing you can get at MickieD's that is remotely good for you! :) Well, maybe a cup o' joe to go with a pipe.........

    You're a good man, banjo.

Hey, I appreciate everyone "covering" for me over the weekends. Hope it's not to onerous!

House blend English mixed with the left over carter hall from 2 mm's that I dgted last night and a few days ago while outside playing with the kids. My 2 1/2 year old boy kept trying to stick the one I wasn't smoking in my face too. He's a precious lil fella.

Got everything mailed out and am rewarding myself with a bowl of PS Luxury Navy Flake in a 1998 smooth three quarter bend Peterson Limerick 69. I wish this blend was a little more potent, but for a light smoke, it's okay. I may age the rest.

and you don't smoke when you have them :cfsd: :poke: I've never been in a McD's , KFC or any other fast food outlet in my life, not once and never will, though there's one of each in every town round here now. I get the hate vibes from the grand and great grand kids, but refuse to take them in over here, it's quite funny to watch the temper tantrums as they think eating there is some sort of treat ! They just go glassy eyed if I offer to take them out and show them how to cook on a primus or campfire, there loss.

Afternoon, gents! Crazy day at work today, so I'm just getting my first smoke in. Kendal Kentucky in a cob with Simply Lemonade to drink. Kind of. It's mainly Belvedere on the rocks, but there is some lemonade there. Hope everyone had a tolerable Monday.

It's a GH day. Earlier, it was
    pensioner's mix. Now it's
    Bosun Cut Plug which I
    started right after adding
    two more pair of Vans
    to the growing collection.
    Miss Snake just shakes
her head at all the shoes
    I've acquired, but it distracts
her from the TAD that I
    slip in. :th1:

    Later, it'll be some Bobs
    Chocolate Flake. Happy
    smoking all!

I've been thinking about buying a pair of the Kill em All slip ons. Just haven't pulled the trigger yet.

Beautiful day here. Sunny and +26C(79F)H15%. Had to do some errands, so took the Healy and found myself on the less direct route. The BST OomPaul full of Button Bay and covered with a windcap added to the pleasure.
Back in the house with LEO in a medium IMP meerschaum and a glass of crushed ice.

The less direct route is always best.

Dark Flake Aromatic, in a Doug Erwin Cob.

I have been wearing shoes like that for 45 years, got a pair now, never spent close to 20 on them yet, but no fancy graphics either.
Wear em till the toes are showing, then keep going until they about fall off, well maybe a little sooner than that.
