Braves are leading the Reds 3-2 in the top of the fifth. Thanks to Ruffinogold, I'm smoking Dunhill Flake in a small 1970s smooth three quarter bend XXX Danish Sovereign 324. Ruff said I'd do something biological :poop: if I smoked this, so I have to make this a short update! NuGrape is my drink of choice. Bye. Gotta, uh, run...

BR Bourbon Whiskey in the Doc Grabow. Brahms. Windows wide open, and a bit cool in the apartment.

May I proclaim here that Banjo is my hero?

You seem to read some great stuff. Which version of Thucydides is that?

P.H. Special Curly in a Northern Briars billiard.

We seem to have switched weather with the Pacific Northwest. Here it is in the low 40's and raining and it's been in the 80's out there. Bizarre.

It's raining so hard here that I'm thinking of building an Ark.

Just got my free sample tin from Lane I ordered about 4-5 months ago of Sutliff Private Stock: French Quarter, and so I fired up a bowl in an MM Hardwood cherry bent. I've been really leery of buying any Sutliff Private Stock blends because they all look like aromatic stuff I like to steer way clear of. This stuff is not the worst, maybe a bit better than PA cavendish blends that I've tried. When I cracked the tin it smelled like a very strong and artificial rum casing. Very strong. Flavor is a bit more mild. Really not too bad for free. Wouldn't buy this stuff though, unfortunately. I'm still going to send them a thank you e-mail, as they sent me an entire 1.5oz tin of tobacco totally free of charge.
