I like them a lot, a bit anemic to windy conditions but I generally carry a couple of my lighters with the Caran d'Ache or the St. Dupont fake being in a holster on my belt with spare flints and a tamper in the rear pocket of the holster. I lost the black one once and found it 3 days later after being run over by God only knows how many vehicles. Sent it out to repairs center and it was returned in 2 weeks with a total cost of $10, can't beat the service.

Good Morning Everyone! Started the day with Eastern Carolina Ribbon in a Westie billiard with Community Coffee riding shotgun on my commute into work. Fittingly, I followed the Community Coffee Van almost all the way in to the office. These Westie do make a great commuter pipe. Filled with ECR, CH, or SWR, they offer about a 20 minute smoke with maybe one relight if you can't tamp often. Light weight and easily clenchable, just perfect for my short commute.

Late morning today I was really tired. Had my A0TM in the Irving Cobb cob and a large china mug strong and black, sent some Hate Mail out yesterday to someone who lives with a guy who sells insurance and did a pile of other things. Today is another busy day ahead so I need more coffee and to finish Teddy..... good morning PSFer's.

The usual filling method. Pinch a wad haphazardly out of the tin. Airpocket loosely into the bowl, spilling most of it on the floor. Still burns like a dream.

I've been smoking this side-by-side with fresh PC. No doubt about it: the new stuff is spicier and smokier. Whereas the old PC is sweet and rich. My guess is that MB's supply of Syrian latakia was dwindling back then, so they used it more sparingly.

By and large though, the two versions are pretty much identical. Kudos to MB. A conscientious and precise bunch of people. The toilet bowls in their restrooms probably have cross-hairs on them.

Decided to try layering 2 different types of tobacco last night in the mm diplomat. English on bottom velvet in the middle then more English on top. It was interesting but not sure if I wanna do it again any time soon. Have a great day!

I find that the sides of the bowl getting a little to warm at times, but I do enjoy the style of the pipe, and it is nice and light.

Good mornin. Until last night, I hadn't smoked in a few days. Last night was some Escudo in an estate New Era GBD 1074. I love old GBDs and I love Escudo so last night was very enjoyable.
