Larry's Blend in a Falcon. Cheating on my no-sugar diet with last can of coke for a while. I save enough for a lil splurge with them every-now-and-then. Then back to crystal Lite Lemonade.

No need to sweat that one, scopawl. Briar's extremely tough. Almost impossible to damage. Before you know it that cake will be rearing its ugly head again.

LBF in a Le Nuvole ...

Carter Hall/PS-LNF mix in the ugly cob. I am finding a flake or two of LNF adds a bit of kick to many of the other tobaccos I have.

I guess you have not tried the Ennerdale yet? I've gotta order more GH.

I'm DGT'ing this right now in a Le Nuvole. It's one of those experiences that makes me wonder why I smoke anything else. The LBF came pretty moist so I lamp dried it for 5 minutes. The flavor increased 10x. What a beautiful smoke!

Yes. It has had that crack in it for the last 30 years or so. Cake has it sealed so no leak from it. Even blacker now and crack is more filled in. That pic is a couple years old and many more bowls through it.

Excellent idea, Sir. Tonight I'll queue up some LTF in a Peterson, with a Weihenstephaner Kristallweizenbier floating a razor thin slice of lemon. In a frosted Weizenbier glass of course. It's hot as hell here in Arizona.

It'd be interesting to hear what you think of Villiger Cocktail Hour. I encountered it in a Blind Review sample from Morse, and it was EXCELLENT. My first guess was PH, and my third TN. The flavor builds slowly and recreates that stewed fruit (yet toasty at the same time) character of the old TN. Mouth watering.

But this DGT'd LBF in a Le Nuvole isn't bad either ...

Any day now Mac Baren will be adding the Thuber88 Wing to their production facilities in Svendborg.

Congratulations, Sir, on your exemplary consumption rate.

Moving on to some Stanwell Melange in a Meerschaum ...

Yes, you're absolutely correct Albert. The weather right now is perfect. But I'm a codger, so I let her rip anyway. It's a reflex action once you've survived the Sonoran Desert from May through October. And it improves the taste of Kristallweizenbier if one imagines it to be 114 degrees outside.

I've smoked plenty today, but it was a busy, busy first day of classes and isn't yet over so I've not really been on here much.

Still, Kendal Dark in the BST. Hopefully I'll get to bed soon enough that this is the last of the day.

I had to think about what to smoke next, and decided on Best Brown #2 in a 2013 bent MM Missouri Pride Legend. Now to read a few box scores, and listen to some baseball talk on the XM.
