    Well, this evening I'm off to a meeting of the Downtown Toronto Pipe Club (my first). I've packed two BSTs, the Altinok LVC and my grandfather's Brigham Sportsman, as well as a few different blends to smoke. I imagine there will be some beer and some good times, so see you all later :D

    This meeting is hereby duly called to order, all please stand and sing our song.....

    Ho, a song by the fire;
    Pass the pipes, pass the bowl.
    Ho, a song by the fire
    With a skoal, with a skoal.
    Ho, a song by the fire;
    Pass the pipes with a skoal,
    For the wolf-wind is wailing at the doorways,
    And the snow drifts deep along the road,
    And the ice gnomes are marching from their Norways,
    And the great white cold walks abroad.

    But, here by the fire, we defy frost and storm;
    Ha, ha we are warm, and we have our heart's desire.
    For here, we're good fellows, and the beechwood and the bellows;
    And the cup is at the lip in the pledge of fellowship.

    Oh, here by the fire, we defy frost and storm;
    Ha, ha, we are warm, and we have our heart's desire.
    For here we're good fellows, and the beechwood and the bellows.
    And the cup is at the lip in the pledge of fellowship, Of fellowship

    Pile the logs on the fire;
    Fill the pipes, pass the bowl.
    Pile the logs on the fire
    With a skoal, with a skoal.
    Pile the logs on the fire;
    Fill the pipes with a skoal,
    For the fire goblins flicker on the ceiling,
    And the wine witch glitters in the glass,
    And the smoke wraiths are drifting, curling, reeling,
    And the sleigh bells jingle as they pass.

    But, here by the fire, we defy frost and storm;
    Ha, ha we are warm, and we have our heart's desire.
    For here, we're good fellows, and the beechwood and the bellows;
    And the cup is at the lip in the pledge of fellowship.
    Oh, here by the fire, we defy frost and storm;
    Ha, ha, we are warm, and we have our heart's desire.
    For here we're good fellows, and the beechwood and the bellows.
    And the cup is at the lip in the pledge of fellowship, Of fellowship

    Smoke 'em if you got them! :bing::buds::bing::buds::bing::buds::bing::buds::bing::buds::bing::buds:

    Hello, you motley fools,

    Raining like a bastard here. Watching daughter number 2, in swimsuit and wellies, jumping in mud holes. Unmitigated joy is a rare commodity.

    Krumble Kake, in a Castello.

    Finished jarring a few pounds of various tobaccos. We'll do more tomorrow. Now smoking Virginia Spice in a 1981 Ascorti Black Billiard Business with a military bit. And a can of Hansen's Root Beer made with pure cane sugar for my drink. I saved just a little of Dark Bird's Eye, jarred all the LNF (it needs aging), and jarred a bunch of FVF.

    The Twins scored 4 runs in the top of the first, and the Red Sox tied it in the bottom of the inning with a Mike Napoli grand slam. The Twins just hit another homer in the top of the second. Obviously, the humidity in Boston is causing the ball to fly! Lots of runs are going to score tonight. No Dodgers tonight, but I'll survive. I only listen to them to hear Vin Scully.

    P.S. It's 7-5 Twins and there's only one out in the top of the second.
