Busy day on ice. After older son´s game younger one had exercises. These events are never in same rink. Always different parts of the city. Sharpened 30 pairs of skates, tied wounds, took care of bumps.

Wrapping up the day with Dunhill EMP. It's tasting real good. Maybe I'm starting to "get" English blends.

Earlier today was Kickin' Chicken in the Savinelli prince. Right now, I'm lighting up some Sillem's Black in my old Bjarne freehand
Just had some Astley's 44 in a new-to-me Blakemar Liverpool. These pipes are unjustly ignored here in the US, I think, because the engineering on this pipe is absolutely flawless. It definitely smokes at least as well as my Dunhill. The main difference between those two pipes (other than price, obviously) is that the Dunhill has better grain and a white spot on the stem. IMO, these Blakemar pipes are a fantastic buy if they're all drilled as well as this one. I foresee a lot of good smoking from this one.
Nice Saturday afternoon here. Looks like the Crimson Tide got surprised by Texas A&M. I don't have a dog in that fight, so I'm enjoying watching.
Boswell's Countryside ina SAV Baronet bruyere 141ex
Home from a day of shopping, driving Miss Daisy. At least we have everything we need to prepare the Thanksgiving meal. Now for some Red Cake in a Sav bent acorn and some Merlot to chase it with.
