Lancer Slices in a Savinelli on the back porch before bed. Nice, brisk 40F with a hard freeze expected tonight. It's time to buy a few tins of Ten Russians, methinks. Love that stuff when it's chilly out.

Good morning. St. James in the Northern Briars with some Columbian coffee. This is early for me, man. Cold out this morning, right at 32F. Headed downtown, good day folks.

Smoked Samovar in an And meerschaum early this morning. It is beginning to color, but waiting for assorted corks and beeswax to come in the mail to help in along.

My name is CaKy and I am coming out of the cob closet this morning in an effort to make peace with my inner briar demons.

I simply love an old banded, hardwood-plugged cob with no sticker on it's backside. Especially in the morning with a fat bowl of SWR. Got this in with a lot of about 25 or 30 pipes I bought not long ago and cleaned & sweetened it up.

On the hunt for a unique'd-up Country G when they come available.
