I know that look, that's why we can't say "walk" in my house.

    EXACTLY!!!!

We spell it out, since the dog hasn't caught on to spelling yet.

Use a different language. My parents figured out early on that if they spoke German or French when they didn't want me to know what they were saying that I'd learn the language. The dogs never did figure that out until I started translating for them.

First bowl of Peterson Hyde Park in a Peterson 80S. First impressions are positive. I've now tried all the Peterson tobaccos. Snowing -12C(10F)H91%

Catching up on the Vendee Globe now that I can actually access a page without waiting 15 minutes.

Well, I did get my box, get it open, checked the contents against the invoice sheet ... and then the cold wet nose started back up. I finally rewarded his annoyingly pesky behavior by taking him around the park perimeter, and now am free to sniff my new bulk sampler while dog relaxes on the couch. The blend that won the bag-note contest is H&H American Heritage, which I am finishing up in a bent MM Legend. I have the other bent MM Legend loaded with Beverwyck to do an immediate comparison. My H&H bulk sampler fun this time consists of: American Heritage, LJ Heart Burley, Mt. Marcy, Namaste, Old Companion, and Rolando's Own.

Started off the day with some errands, my CG was filled with delicious Brigadier Black Alamo. Burned to a fine ash and was very tasty. Now for some lunch and car repairs, then some Grampa's Blend in the Bent Elk to finish.

HoC First Pipe in the Northern Briars. Somehow I always end up with more work to do around the holidays than any other time, so that's what I'm doing today.

On the upside, I'm going to eat well tomorrow!

Started the morning off with some EMP. Went to bro. inlaw lake house for the day carried a sack of Mac B. Dark Twist. I think a bowl of Sexton will do after dinner.

    Happy Thanks Giving.
