Treasures of Ireland Donegal.
Still working, and now smoking Old Dark Fired Ready Rubbed in a smooth briar calabash shape 1984 Fero Danese made in Italy. Listening to audio books now, the latest being Historical Tales of America, which I got for free from www.archive.org. A bottle of Pepsi made with pure cane sugar is my drink.
I actually got to finish my afternoon bowl, which was Brown Flake in the Ser Jacopo that Snake practically gave me. I feel guilty about it, not in an, "I should give him more money" kind of way, mind you, just the self serving "I should feel bad about this" way.
The light transpired against me as far as getting a shot of the sugar on the Brown Flake, you'll have to pretend.
After the usual weekly telephone ear-bashing from the parents, I've finally managed to garner enough strength to brew a cuppa and laden my bent Falcon with a particularly large dose of Dunhill Flake.
...one of my fav! unfortunately not more available (if, i would bought a second)
thx mate, if i find the presentation vdo of my viking... i post it here.
Nah....no need to split your sample. I have a whole tin. I gave you that sample. Enjoy.

Still working and listening to the same audio book, but now smoking St. James Flake in a 1986 three quarter bend Bacchus face CAO meer. Dunno what I've having for dinner, but m'lady got us a chocolate moose/tort cake that looks so lovely, it's almost a shame to cut it. Of course, you can well expect yours truly to desecrate it with a clear conscience!!
back from drive around the 100 mile country block
got to break in my new cherry wood pipe with 1 and a half bowls of hot burning shag on the 1st half of the drive
and a nice full bowl of SWR on the way home
got the pipe seasoned properly
need to do a little touch up work and polish it up
I will post pictures with my next smoke
Pelican in the Calabresi sitting in the car postponing the evening rush of cleaning, making dinner, and putting my daughter to bed. Good times though. I better hurry up!
Back from the creeks. Didn't find any arrow heads (just one broken one) but we got a pile of "treasures" as the boss lady calls them. Took a lot of good pictures. She took a few of me loading a cob with Carter Hall and smoking it because she said I looked like "a little old Irishman". I guess I'll be starting a Stick family vacation thread when we get back.
We just ate at a little local joint, drank some local beer (Pisgah Pale Ale, my new favorite beer) and now I'm going to fire up a Tatuaje 7th Reserva and climb into a 104F hot tub in 40F weather and drink sake with my wife.
I know, I know, it's a rough life.
Somebody has to do it.
Best if you not post the hot tub pictures.
Block #1 sorted
final pipe the Jambo Meer with Gin Casing Block #3
I'll recomend re-hydrating dry Tobacco with Gin really adds a flavour hit compared to Grant's
What are you talking about? Bunch of blabermouths? What? I don't think you realize that some of us was actually concerned about your health.
GLPease Sextant in Cherry Wood Pipe because it just tastes great in cherrywood !

Mac Baren navy flake in the Spillproof.
Day one without any General, going off it for a while....at least through the next week hopefully. I'll probably get a couple cans for when I go out of town for Thanksgobbles and can't just smoke whenever/wherever I feel like it. But for now, I need to cut it out....if nothing else, it's an unneeded expense, and it needlessly raises my nicotine tolerance.
However, the lack of a steady stream of nicotine into my body has had me moderately jonesing for it. Easy enough to solve....
Third bowl of Kendal Dark of the day. This time in the Peterson System
