I used to drink a big mug of that every morning with a cob full of Kendal Kentucky. Good strong breakfast.

Finishing off the last of the Dunhill Flake in the bent Falcon to end the night. Sorely missed this stuff.

A 40/40/20 blend of Superior Navy Flake, 4th-Generation 1957, and Mac Baren Honey & Chocolate in a Cavicchi Bent Dublin ...

Success at last! The SNF and 1957 are too civilized on their own ... H&C imparts the necessary badassness.

I didn't expect something named Honey & Chocolate to have an edge to it, but the underlying tobacco has admirable strength and a very slight roughness. Nice. The Mac Baren site describes the tobacco in H&C as Virginia from Brazil that's specially fermented like cigar leaf. The tobacco doesn't smell like a cigar, but does have a similar heft and grab to it. An excellent blending ingredient IMHO.

Its a beautiful Sunday afternoon here in the wilds of Oregon.

So far this has been a SWR day here. That particular blend has been consumed in a number of pipes today but currently in an Ehrlich. Diet Dr Pepper on the side. The beverage is a little cooler than room temperature, this not a problem as I'm not really that picky and have no friggin clue what the "proper temperature" is. maybe I should splurge and spend the amazingly low price of just $9.95 plus S&H for the JimInks DVD and see what I'm missing. If I order in the next 15 minutes I get an ice cube tray at no additional cost. :chug:

Taking a short work break to get a cup of hot tea and to list what I'm smoking, which is Man's Best Friend in a 2003 smooth matte finish Karl Erik rough top freehand. Been listening to radio shows as I've worked. Molly's been a good girl and has let me work, but Suzy keeps interrupting me for attention. Luckily, m'lady came to my rescue, so I could work in peace.

I have no idea either RockBass, but I did like the post mainly because of the "Penzance dust".

Good afternoon, everyone. Home again, and smoking some Mac Baron HH Mature Virginia in my MM Spool. My drink, this chilly afternoon, is black coffee. I'm going to try to catch up on some reading. Puff on PSFers!
