    Congrats Beef ! And Happy B Day SOB !

    Made a run to Murphy N.C. to nab Jennifer some Dissoranno ! Nabbed myself a tiny bottle of 101 Wild Turkey [ it's like a warm kick in the face :) ] . Smoked a big bowl of IRC Old Colonial in a Savinelli Tevere KS bent ... it was awesome ! It's about 44 degrees out and I need to hit the porch for a smoke before it all turns to hell after midnight . OT perfect pipe / HU Directors Cut ........ freakin bliss

    Finished that illustration so I'm taking the night off. Had a bowl of G H and Co Rum Flake in the Eltang Sailor outside while the rain turned to snow, I think that's all for me tonight, going to retire to read a bit. Have a good night all!

    I made the stuffing for 30, had fun listening to some Frank Zappa with my wife and daughter, and have been sneaking out for pipes. I had some MB Golden Extra in my Granito (which I now think is an author shape after reading what Mount Mandolin was talking about) and also some Reiner Long Golden Flake in my Rossi. To go with it I've been drinking a bunch of beers, Czechvar (Budvar in the old country) right now and some Anchor Steam before that. Now I've got some friends coming over and then we're heading to the bar where I'm planning on smoking a cuban!

    Not that things have been awful by any means before today, but I feel such a weight lifted. Feels good to cut loose.

    ODF in the BC church warden. Now that I have somewhat figured out flakes after a month of experimenting, I find I really don't want to smoke anything but flakes. Weird. Must be the new challenge.

    One more bowl before bed. Smoking some Haddo's Delight in a Tim West smooth bulldog. Having some Glenfiddich 12 along with it. This medium bodied, fruity SMS goes great with the HD. Goodnight PSF...

    Went to work at 530 this morning (an hour later than usual) and didn't get home until 7. Worst part is, it's only a 9 minute commute. Just got caught up here.

    Congrats to Cpt Beefheart. I knew you'd be alright.

    Also, happy birthday to bear. Although, I'm not sure what day it is. The difference between Florida's time and Australia always messes me up.

    No smoke tonight. Just relaxing on the couch with Mrs. Stick and enjoying the sound of the rain with the windows open.

    G'night gents.

    It most certainly is still my birthday. I posted last night at 2am, hence the 'up late' ;) It's 1351 AEDT here now.

    Cheers!

    Dr. Captain Beefheart! :th1::th1::th1:
    Happy birthday to my 'Aussie cousin, Silly Old. :)

    Smoking Peretti Midnight in the Squatch Lean volcano with a little leftover generic cola on the side. This is the smokiest, leatheriest Latakia blend I've run across so far. Love it!

    And I guess I'm not surprised - leave it to my English relation, Teddy, to blow a pornographic smoke shape. :shead:

    I packed that last pipe rather tightly and was rewarded with a wonderful two hour smoke. It left me wanting more burley, so now I'm smoking Three Friars in a 1970s medium bend smooth Ben Wade Golden Walnut. Just enjoyed a cup of hot tea, and am drinking more ice water now. It's been a very pleasant evening, and work is going well.
