Cold Sunday morning here in Delaware. Teddi hasn't been outside yet because I'm just not prepared for it! Good hot Russian tea has gotten me started for the day, along with a pipe of EMP and then a pipe of Irish Oak.

Well I finished the Tambolaka I started the other day, I cannot for the life of me snork this tobacco or I start sneezing immediately, breath smoking is fine, snorking is not! :startl: Went walkabout with the Tsuge Tankard filled with Dunhill Flake, thanks to Billy Ockham, first smoke of this venerable flake and I must say it's a keeper and one I will add to the cellar in the future. Levi had a ball and got loved up by a bunch of older gals that oohed and ahhed all over him. Home now with a PRM of Costa Rican Tarrazu :drly: damn good coffee!

Well I've caught up finally. You can tell the weather is turning, everyone was on here yesterday.

Belly's full, I'm preparing to clean out my workshop, looong overdue. Looks like a 3 pipe job...

Davidoff Scottish Mixture in a Savinelli Toscana 122 ...

Mouth watering. There seems to be no casing ... it's luscious just due to the tobacco quality. One of the leaf components is strong and full-bodied, even though the overall mixture is on the mild side of medium. I'd go so far as to say that the blend has real terroir, like some of the old greats from Rattray's when they were blended in Perth. Getting unique flavors and aromas like that can be a real shot in the arm.

This stuff is damned expensive and only an occasional smoke for me. But in all fairness to Davidoff, the price is reasonable given the quality.

Solani ABF in a Sav. This stuff smokes a lot better when it's been drying for a few hours. I'm liking the blend quite a bit more than when I first tried it last summer.

    Good Sunday morning to everyone.

Awake and was greeting by Suzy purring real loudly when I opened my eyes. She was lying by my head. As I walked down the hall, Suzy and Molly joined me as we went to the kitchen to feed them and get a glass of juice for me. So, I'm enjoying a bowl of Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match in a 1970s three quarter bend half smooth, half rusticated Savinelli Autograph 4 with a lucite stem and ferrule. Nice and quiet morning here, though I'm going to turn on the TV, and catch up on the news as I do a little reading to start my day.

Just discovered another bicycle was stolen. This is my second bike stolen in 6 months.

Went for a walk with some McCs 5110 in a Sasieni paneled billiard to calm down.
