Smoked some Murray's era Elizabethan Mixture (*thanks Marker) in a 2013 Dunhill County Billiard last night. Can't say I'm a fan of the blend but love the pipe. EM = 3 Year Mature Virginia plus dirty Perique ash. Will drive you into fits of doldrums.

Now smoking a 2005 Todd Johnson 4-knuckle full of P&W #10 and driving north.

Update: that bowl of Erinmore Flake really lifted my spirits and put things in perspective. Tobacco really does have medicinal properties!

    Thanks for the encouragement people!

Cleaned the cobs today while watching the Eagles beat Green Bay. The cobs are thoroughly cleaned with alcohol followed by a final cleaning with Jack Daniels Honey.

Smoking wise, it was Middleton Walnut followed by MB Plum Cake. Now have Peterson Irish Flake in the Peterson Sherlock Holmes. That pipe works very well with flake blends. I have not really cared for them, but have finally learned to let them dry out properly before smoking.

    Traditional [Folk] Hellenic dance.

The movements that you see after the 1:50 are not "just for the show",they have a purpose. Back in 1821 when we fought the Turks those dances were encourage the other Greeks that there are strong Men to continue the war and to show to the mongolians that we are still alive and healthy. Often the man who makes the movements had a pistol in his hand and was shooting in the air,we knew that a spy will be hiding among the crowd so latter he will tell to the enemy that the Greeks are celebrating and they have their moral very high.
I will tell you more about that Hellenic dress that you see,we still use it exactly as our grandfathers in National Parades and traditional celebrating days.

    Skandinavik Vanilla.
