JackKnife is a little sweeter and has a little more oomph in the nic dept IMHO. Triple Play has a soft spice from the Perique that JKP doesn't have. They are both terrific smokes. I personally like the JKP a little more as I feel it is a more balanced blend. Triple Play may need more age to achieve that balance. Again, JMHO.

Got up earlier than usual because one of my cats was sitting on chest purring loudly for me to feed her. So it shouldn't be a total loss, I smoked the bowl of Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match in a MM cob that I hadn't finished before going to bed.

Peter Stokkebye English Oriental Supreme in a medium IMP meerschaum. Pressed illy coffee is a nice start to the day. Still snowing a little. About an inch and a half so far. Clouds should clear off later on and I'm looking forward to seeing the world jacketed in white. -3C(26F)H98%.

Thank you. Since Peterson's distributor seems to be asleep as far as bringing the one remaining tobacco of theirs that I haven't tried, Hyde Park, in to this market, I'll be trying other brands shortly. Davidoff Flake Medallions now on the list. Just went outside and the quiet that is bestowed by a couple of inches of fresh snow is just too good to not just stand still and let the absence of sound sink in to me.

Instructor for me Thursday morning class decided to cancel class today (no classes tomorrow, she just thought it would be nice to cancel it today for her class at least....go from a three day weekend to four)

So I slept in, and I have a mug of PG Tips in front of me, and the sun is shining, and I'm actually smoking before noon :puffy:

Only have had one smoke this week. Half and half (I'm working on a really nasty algebraic equation for next time...) in a Cortina.

While I had some MacB VA flake last night and I love it's flavor, my tongue feels it today. PA in a cob with coffee chaser. It may be a PA day...

Woke up just in time to watch the MLB playoffs and to smoke a bowl of Dorchester in my trusty 1970s Peterson System Standard 305. Whew! Made it just in time!
