Every time I want to pull the trigger on it and buy some, something else will take precedence. The last time I wound up with Dark Flake Scented, Kendal Mixture #7 & Kendal Dark. The next time I order GH I am going to try Dark Bird's Eye.

Dark Birdseye is a fantastic blend. I believe, based on the few ounces I've smoked of it, that it's a more well made blend then Kendal Dark.

I still always go for Kendal Dark. The fire cured tobacco lends it a more robust flavor profile, even though the nicotine content is pretty evenly matched between the two. I like Kendal Dark better, but objectively I'd have to confess that Dark Birdseye probably is better. Just my two cents.

    For what it's worth....
