Pretty quiet neighborhood, 20 blocks north or south and you're having fun.
Albert, Albert, Albert...... the term we use now is Plumb Pat. It's gender neutral Also, was that a non-metal tape in the picture? Can you correct for temperature and tension with one of those? Inquiring minds crazy people want to know.

Irish Oak in a Pete Donegal 408
Yep, but the real draw is what lies only a few measly blocks over on W 31st. Namely, Madison Square Garden. Also, I like to be in walking distance to the crazy, but not right on top of it, so it's perfect. Have some friends in Chelsea and Central Park South, so I should be good to go. Now the only hurdle to clear is parking, because I'm driving up.
Escudo in a Peterson, by the way.
Yeah, but does it have indoor plumbing?
Currently smoking John Patton Virginia Squire with added perique - a little concoction Johnny sent me, in a GBD New Era bulldog that Polymoog sent me. This pipe looks so small but I've been smoking this bowl for 1 1/2 hours already, and it feels like it's never going to end. I wish it would because it's past my bedtime!
Dunhill EMP in a Country Gent with some Twinnings Earl Grey.
I love a nice Earl Grey with Latakia blends. They go really nicely together.
I strongly agree with this. I've found certain herbal teas to have a similar effect.

Irish Flake cradling 3P cradling Irish Flake cradling Irish Oak in a xxl IMP meerschaum. If anyone else decides to try this, do it after dinner since it'll take a while and the nicotine levels by the time it's finished can be a bit much if you aren't used to it. Made a big pot of Darjeeling and it's a pleasant combination with this pipe. 16C(61F)H38%. Wind warnings up for 110KmPH winds tonight, ought to make for some good night music coming from the bush.
Special Latakia Flake in a Neerup. Damn near a perfect smoke, if you ask me.
Amazing day for man today with that stratosphere jump. Mach 1.24 without any kind of vessel besides a pressurized suit, that's just hard to comprehend.
