Excellent, thanks! Just ordered a pound, and a few 2 oz. samples of some of Rich's blends that OC talks about so often. Namely, Prairie Wind and Weybridge. Also ordered some Britt's Balkan, which is really fantastic stuff. It was about time for an order anyway.

That might still be true, but a couple hours after this I discovered I'm coming down with a cold :(
I'll be MIA from this thread for a while.

It's a frosty 31 F (-0.5 C) outside this morning, when I stepped outside all I could smell was the smoke from everyone's fires. Which led me just having to have some Penzance, in a bulldog with a cup of Dragonwell Imperial Reserve (green tea) and some honey on the side.

It's going to be a great day!

I dont know if it has a touch of Va . MacBaren dosent list it as such .. http://www.mac-baren.com/BundMenu/Products/Available-tobaccos-in-your-country/Golden-Blend-2.aspx
.. but , ya know .. I wouldnt doubt it . MB GE has this toasty crisp flavor at the light that is unique to the other Burley blends out there , imo . I always figured it was the way the tobacco was treated but many Va blends have a similar flavor . MB GE dosent get the " Burley Bitter " anywhere through the bowl . You might be right , it might have some Va. in it .

    36 degrees / SWR / Cob / Coffee ....
