Regarding the bridge, and I don't want this to be political at all, but Ketchikan could really use that bridge. Their airport is on an island, and getting up the access ramp from the boat while carrying all kinds of luggage and walking up a steep incline (often on ice) is treacherous. And all this for one of the largest communities in SE Alaska.

Anyway, Reiner LGF in a Peterson. The perique in this stuff is getting more and more pronounced the longer it sits in the jar. Is there anything one can do to prevent that from happening, or is it just inevitable?

Was just fun. There are a couple of subjects that can get some truly memorable responses from an Alaskan, one is the bridge and the other really is political so off limits. My favourite response was a cartoon of tourists in shorts and hawaiian shirts lined up all along the bridge with fishing rods out while a killer whale cruising by is trying to decide which part of the buffet to start with.

Reloaded MM Legend with Painter Hills.

Smoked a bowl of Ennerdale in a Claridge on my way to the office this afternoon. Will probably be smoking McClellands 5115 in my Altinok on the way home.

As much as I hate to be the one to break this to you; it only gets worse from there. :poke:

PA in a Kaywoodie Shellcraft. Change in plans due to the crummy weather. Old Dublin instead.

Sherlock Holmes in a Peterson 80S. This tobacco is very much hit and miss for me. Sometimes it's a full flavoured smoke with just enough edge to stand out, other times bland wouldn't be accurate but heading in that direction. Not sure if I'll keep backup of it when the last tin of Peterson tobaccos, Hyde Park, arrives next month. 14C(57F)H43%.

This may be my last bowl of Boswell No-Bite Delight (in the caramel apple, of course) as what's left in my bag looks too small to stay put in a bowl. Piper's Pleasure has caramel in it, so I may toss the bits in with that.
