2035 in the 1979 Pete System Deluxe 1s. I had originally thought this pipe could be a "latakia blends" pipe, but lately, I've decided to try more things in more pipes and see which combos work for me, rather than deciding ahead of time which pipe is going to smoke which blend. I'll let them find each other with time :D

Boswell Piper's Pleasure in the chocolate egg. These multi-flavored tobaccos are so much fun in flavor-dedicated pipes. It tastes a bit different in the chocolate egg versus the caramel apple versus the vanilla dublin versus the coffee egg (the four flavors in the description!).

3P's in the Peterson Kapet 68. Started it while studying. Just finished reading some Buddhist scripture....still don't understand the second text. Definitely have some questions for the professor...but then, this particular stuff is inherently dense.

University Flake in the Cyanomeerschaum. The perfect halloween smoke. Ghosts of everything from Connoisseur's choice to Luxury Blend. The ghosts just creep through gently but the Irish Flake is no wimp. Darjeeling tea. Happy to be in the city, snows less here and the driveway is only 60 feet long.

Had some of that earlier today. It's a mainstay in my rotation.

St. James Flake in the Northern Briars. This has to be in my top five tobaccos. I don't have a rotation, but if I did, this would be a big part of it.

The 1s is a bent billiard System pipe, right? Sounds like a VA pipe if I ever heard one. :) No but really, I think the System pipes are great for VA's because VA tends to burn a little wetter for me, and a billiard is pretty universally accepted as a good VA flake pipe, if I'm not mistaken.
Just throwing it out there. You know, just to make you second guess yourself. :)

Briar Fox in my Spillproof pipe before bed. This pipe gets hot very easily, it teaches me to pace myself better.
