Half & Half in a cob
SG Navy Flake in a MM Cob
Kensington in a Pete 323
Trying SG 1792 flake for the first time, smoking it in my Pete bent harp.
Having some trouble keeping it lite because I tried the folding the flake packing technique, I much prefer grinding it up a little.
Moe's Confetti by John Patton in an old Lars Of Denmark straight billiard. I love this stuff and I love this old pipe and they go awesome together.
McClelland 5110 Dark Full English in a Falcon Hyperbole. Been smoking this sucker for over two hours now and it's still going strong. Only the second time I've smoked this blend. I'm a little unsure about it. I don't think that Dark and Full are accurate descriptions of the taste profile. It looks dark but is lacking something in the taste department for something named as this is. It's a nice blend, but dark and full it ain't. The name makes it sound like a perfect before-bed smoke, but the sweet, lively Virginias make this more of a morning smoke to my tastes.
I felt the same, but it wasn't for me.
Jackknife Plug in my Country Gentleman in a bit.
Colbert Report while I do.
PA in a cob.
It's alright, though I liked the Half & Half better.
Did not have the best of days, but things got better, finally. Decided to relax with Anniversary Kake in a straight grain Karl Erik Ekstravagant A medium bend. Smoked slowly and put the garbage out of my mind and up in smoke. A good evening awaits!
Night Train in the Astas billiard, decaf iced tea on the side. Officially a religious studies major now
Sextant in a Dunhill.
SG Brown #4 in a kaywoodie dublin. I feel like I should be grunting like the tool man everytime I smoke this. Manly indeed!
Hal O the Wynd in a Savinelli Capri Root poker.
C&D Nutty Irishman in a no-name estate meer
Reiner Long Golden Flake in a London made John Kent Regent that I reamed nicely (second try that is) and coated with cream honey. Yes, I did...
And yes, I am!
Coyote in a meer with a chaser of Ardbeg Galileo.
Squadron Leader in a Savinelli Gulden Dansk. Not a good smoke tonight. Through the first 1/2 of the bowl had to re-light about 4 times. Was not packed to tight, not too loose....everything seemed good. Ended up dumping the bottom 1/2. One of those nights I guess....there is always tomorrow morning.
Agreed. I ended up DGTing this
MacB hh vintage syrian in a ST . James Prince
