In the mood for a milder tobacco, having Presbyterian Mixture in a bent bulldog with more coffee.
Good afternoon all.
St. Bruno RR in a
smooth Dublin bowl.
More St. B on deck
in an apple.
For the first time in my life, I found a package in my mailbox with a postage stamp, bearing the head of a Queen. A QUEEN! woohoo - which only could mean some serious ROYAL HATE. And I was right - Lord Wicker has sent me some of Teddys famous York-Shire Mix:
Thank you very much Wicker Man! I'll give it a test drive in the black rock cob after letting it dry a little bit. So yeah, it's :
in the black rock.
Borkum Riff Bourbon in a 3/4 bent G Huybrecht London Castle. Waiting for the soccer game to begin.
Dirty pipe bowl, is now clean pipe bowl. Time for some FVF in the Ferndown.
I'm so happy to be smoking my favorite CoastieCreation (Flower Power) and some tasty MacBaren Honey & Chocolate while sipping a hot cup of French Vanilla coffee watching the rain falling outside. Got my feet up and loving the moment.
And now a post lunch bowl of McClelland Frog Morton on the Town in a Peterson 302 with coffee.
Glad to see you back Kristina!
Sampling a little off the block of tobacco that i just pulled out of the press
just to make sure it is worthy for tonight's Rocktoberfest drawing
if your not in you can't win
Woke up a bit ago, and ran a couple of errands. I needed a pick me up, so I picked an English blend, and just finished smoking Berkshire in a black pebble finish straight 2003 Cavicchi C. Fatto A Mano nose warmer.
Perfect pipe weather this afternoon. 72F and cloudy. Feels about 65 though. Trying to decide what to smoke. Probably Rum Flake in something or other. I'm still nursing the last jar. I've got about 15 flakes left.
Thanks to DBear, I'm now smoking Peretti's Scottish Flake in a 2013 straight 5th Avenue DGE Nose warmer cob. Watching pre-game show for the baseball playoffs on MLB.TV. A can of Mountain Dew is my drink.
LBF in my everyman sandblasted bulldog. I love this pipe.
After noon headed to the Gray Havens with Gandolf
Whew. Crazy day, forgetting my meds stomped me, had some Tilbury in the MM Diplomat with Wellington Forever Stem, a couple of PRM's and thus far half bowl of 965 in the plum Forever Stemmed MM Mizzou, back to lying down...........
Ladies and Gentlemen, another great [must see] Western movie:
Last train from Gun Hill
I know that WickerMan is a great fan of that kind of films.
I am smoking: Jock Scott Creamy Malt.
Just enjoyed a bowl of MB Navy Flake in the BB-line bent apple, followed by SG Squadron Leader in the bulldog.
Well, the Germans won. As expected. Borkum Riff Bourbon for mine and mr Huybrechts post game analysis. Earl Grey for me. Huybie doesn´t drink.
No score in the Red Sox-Tigers game in the second. There was a 17 minutes power outage, but they have resumed play. I'm just finishing 1980s Briggs in a straight 1978 black sandblasted Sir Brent billiard with lucite stem and silver band repair on the shank. Going for a new smoke and drink.
