Yeah, maybe a slightly bent round poker?
Well, that's Aussie English, which is like a whole different language . Plus, they live upside down on the bottom part of the world, they must have a lot of blood rushing to their heads, which is why they make up such strange expressions.
Those strange folks might even call a Dunhill a Dundee...who knows...
About to go watch my daughter compete in her last hunter/jumper horse show of the season. Packing up a country gent with some Autumn Evening (thought I would pick something with good room aroma for the sake of those around me) in case I have some waiting time before she goes. Will probably take the diplomat with some CH along as well. About 43* F out here in Greensboro, NC. Definitely hitting Fall's stride!
Just make sure it's not a Sheila!
Starting the day with Chelsea Morning in the KS111 straight grain billiard again provided by the royal enabler Berg. This blend makes me a bit homesick for my old homestead in Chelsea, Michigan. Let's see bright warm sunshine here, or cold, snow, ice, rain in Chelsea, must be some weird chemicals in this blend.
Had my tax law midterm this morning. It was certainly an experience that I wish to never do again. I think I did alright, but we'll see.
Relaxing now with a bowl of Altadis Vanilla Maple in the Dr. G. Riviera with fresh french press coffee on the side. Though, I think a beer is in my near-future....
Morning all, nice cool Florida morning! Have PS LTF in a Sav Bing, with double strong Chicory coffee.
Life is Good! P.S. I'm not having it in a Dunny.
Good Morning All! Bayou Morning in a Cherrywood Cob. Pg tips hot tea in the mug.
Smoking PS-1 (natural) in a new to me used cob that I got from an old one-eyed retired sailor who was standing with a group around a burn barrel downtown. Traded a can of spinach for it.
Had a heaping stack myself this morning.
First bowl for a few days was HH ODF flake in the new Dr Grabow bulldog. Coffee and water on the side.
Followed that up with the half of a Mr Brog bulldog bowl full of Pirate Kake DGT'd from three or four days ago.
Visiting family called and they are going to be late so I went out back to have a bowl of Frog Morto Cellar in the Pete bent bulldog under the tarp. Perfect smoke for a dreary, rainy day on the Lake.
Playing 50's Jazz standards and drinking coffee.
Cheers you must be that's not an Olive
Melorning All! Just finished up Dockworker (damn, I love this blend!) in the Lean Squatch Volcano. Gonna pour another cup of coffee and figure out what to smoke while I get some reading done.
your eglish inglish is getting better
I'm also listening to 50s jazz atm.
Everybody let me sleep in on this beautiful cool Autumn day. Suzy and Molly are still in bed, so there's no early day story to tell yet. I'm on the phone with one of the best people I know, talking about the fun in our business, as I smoke Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 1982 black sandblasted paneled slight bend Savinelli flat bottom sitter. Simply Lemonade is my drink.
It's become my default soundtrack, Peggy Lee right now.
