    Hi,

The weather turned a bit nasty - lots of rain, and some pretty good gusts. No damage, but pretty impressive.

Dark Flake (to reiterate for WS Dark FlakeDark FlakeDark FlakeDark FlakeDark FlakeDark FlakeDark FlakeDark Flake), in a twin bore.

Yes, it is. I love the intense flavors you get from the crema when taking the first few sips. I call this simple creation my 'lazy latte'... It's a double shot of espresso poured straight into a small to medium cup of warm milk (so, technically more of a flat white). Whatever you want to call it; it's delicious! Freshly roasted (<1 week old) beans are a non-negotiable component of this concoction (at least in my house).

    Another memorable cup...

The GBD Granatan I recently picked up is loaded with ODFRR with some VA mixed in. Tasty. I do love those saddle stems. Why they are called that... :msty: as saddles don't look anything like saddle stems. A double comfort looks more like a saddle, IMO, anyway.

To me, a "good amount" is no less than a pound. Of each. :th1:

Wacha loses the no-hitter, but the Cards lead the Bucs 2-1 in the 9th. I'm smoking Wessex Dark Flake in a 2002 medium bend smooth Rinaldo EGEA 03 Silver line spigot 10. More Simply Lemonade to drink.

I've probably seen this video a hundred times now and I know this is totally my pipe, unfortunately totally not my price range.

    Good evening PSF,
I'm finally home now from a long long shift at work, almost midnight here, but that won't stop me from having a nice bowl before bedtime.
Stonehaven - thanks to my Canadian friend David Emond :buds:- in a ...uhm pipe. Haven't decided on the pipe yet, but obviously not a Castello.

Got home from work tonight, to discover that some bicycle spare parts that I ordered recently had arrived, all the way from Denmark: a new saddle and handlebars for my Copenhagen Pedersen. She's been off the road for a year or so, but tomorrow I'll fix her up. I'm celebrating with 'Commonwealth Mixture' in a Northern Briar.

Just had a small bowl of Classic Burley Kake in the MM bent egg, accompanied by a cup of Twinings Lady Grey, between doing various things. Rewarded with really nice weather after fighting the flooding basement through the storms yesterday.

Sorted through my box of pipes today, thinking about selling a couple of Brigham dublins to put toward a MM Freehand and a big tobacco order.
