I didn't have enough DFu left in the jar to fill a pipe, so on a whim I cut it with Bayou Morning. Not too bad, but I won't make a habit out of it.

    In a Radice Rind.

I'm listening to all the second guessing about the managerial decisions in yesterday's baseball games. It's amazing how brilliant some second guessers can be. What I'm not second guessing is this bowl of BRG Mixture in a three quarter bend smooth 1985 Dunhill Chestnut 5202 with a cumberland stem. The only problem is I have just enough for one small bowl. That is fixable though, unlike yesterday's ball games.

Good morning here in the City of Angels; nice and cool and sunny (just the way I like it). Brewing up some Chai tea to go along with my first pipe: FM on the Town in a Brebbia Serie 1960 6000 bent billiard. Good day, brothers and sisters! :th1:

Half a bowl of BRG in a 2013 slight bend grain etched briar Rekamepip Volcano with a walnut shank. That finishes this tin. A bottle of Sprite is my drink.

We, me and mr Huybrecht, decided to give mr Olsen a second chance so I opened a tin of his blend no 333. It´s high quality stuff but not spectacular. I can appreciate it´s very fine tobacco but I can get better smokes a lot cheaper.

I've just decided to visit my first pipe show I've ever been to this month. It's not a big pipe show, there will be only 20-25 exhibitors, but one of them is Hans Wiedemann of HU and I'll finally meet him in person. MasterBlaster Werner Mummert will also be there and I'm planning on purchasing one of his famous "Mummert Eier". I'm pretty excited - but for now I will get back to watching Castello pipe porn, while smoking some more Motzek Curly Mixture in another Peterson.

Haven't smoked this pipe lately, so it's due. Louisiana Red in a straight Lane era Charatan black with burgundy undertone sandblasted billiard 420. Getting some work done and doing a little research before getting to other work.
