That sounds like a great fix for this weather. I'll have to get the boss lady on that when she gets home.

Against my better judgment, I took the morning off from work and went fly fishing on a little local stream. Things have been so busy, it was my first time out since August and my first time out with a pipe. The pipe-smoking went better than the fishing did, but...it was wonderful just to be out (as the song always goes for a skunked fisherman). I did catch a tiny smallmouth bass on a dry fly, which was something, but I was going for trout. I did see some nice wildlife, a flock of about seven wild turkeys, a blue heron and a green heron. As my trusty companion I had a MM Legend with a bulk tabak called Sherlock's Blend...not too shabby.

I gotta say I think I like fishing with a pipe more than my usual cigars. I normally race through cigars out there cause they're in my mouth the whole time and with the pipe it was nice to let it go out, keep it clenched and then light it up before I moved upstream. The cob felt fitting too. I'm pretty sure I'm going to just keep that one in my fishing vest.

Now I'm home and it's time to grade more papers. Off to the balcony for me with some Escudo in the yellow-stemmed Rossi.

Balance issues are nothing to mess with.

I do mean to scare you with this. Sorry but I care.

My barber had MS. Went to him for 10 years. It wasn't bad but he was slower and slower at cutting hair as the years went on. Still did a great job and shaved with a straight razor. Never cut me once in 100+ haircuts/shaves. He didn't die from MS like everyone thought. He had dizzy spells linked to the MS. He was golfing one day, fell and hit his head. Never woke up. Really sad way for him to die.

    Get checked.

That's scary stuff marker. My dad has Parkinson's, and some of the meds they put him on cause balance issues. Definitely nothing to play around with.
