I have serious balance issues due to autoimmune disturbances caused from Mantle Cell Lymphoma and the ENT considered that my right inner ear was affected when I had a serious episode on the right side of my body which left me with zero reflexes and originally my neurologist thought I had a stroke but the MRI revealed I didn't. 48 hours later the reflexes returned to normal as if nothing happened but I could not look up and down nor left to right in a quick manner as I would fall. If this is an inner ear inflammation it is easily taken care of and here's hoping it is only something simple, get to the doctor.

I see them pretty regularly out on streams around Western PA. Beautiful birds and much better at fishing than I am.

Going to do a little reading before starting work, so I pulled out one of my reading pipes. In honor of Rocktober, I'm smoking Academy in a medium bend 2013 black Rekamepip Rock Cob poker. Simply Lemonade is my drink.

    See a doc, pronto!

    On a not so serious
    note, I've lost a Falcon.

    Hopefully it's at the
    pool hall. If not, it's
    gone. Hope whoever
    finds it, gets good use
    out of it. Sucks too
    because it was a Bantam.

    Now in other news, GH
    Curly Cut Delux in a
    Meer bowl.

I have a little leather bag that rests on the front forks of the Harley. Went for a ride one day and threw a cob and some tobacco in there. Forgot about them for 2 days. Tore the house apart looking for that cob.
    Carry on, indeed.

    What's funny is I never
    put pipes in there. Miss
    Snake probably threw it
in there when she saw the
    clusterf- of pipes and
    accessories mounding
    up on the centre console.
    I should really clean the
    car out more often.

Having a gluten-free beer for the first time for quite a while, and it just sucks. I should just totally switch to Whiskey. :dkn:
Thanks to dBear I'm also having a very delicious companying smoke - HU Flanagan in a Tinsky! Thanks D. :toast:

went to check the Curing Barn this afternoon Smoking it's contents in the Rekamepip Briar,
    [IMG]
I only go in every couple of days to add to the mister humidity water but each time I note the max/min and current temps and humidity in a log, the temps are stable but the humidity has been swinging a bit so I thought I'd check the mister at the back of the Barn, which, as it's full, ment crawling on my knees, my gammy one protested :old:. Found the mister floating lobsided so brought it into the front room for a look, the main unit sits in a moulded plastic ring with polystyrene inner for buoyancy, what can go wrong :msty: it'd help if you could open it up to look but you can't
The Bear said I could have some of his Bollinger corks to make a life belt
    [IMG]
    It wasn't that simple :dh1:
as there must be a max min level switch built in, too deep it stops, too shallow it stops, so as Mrs Wicker was out the kitchen became [IMG] RD Lab

    All mended
    [IMG]
and set it back running on the Humistat in the Barn,
still smoking the Rekamepip Briar :ohyh:
