I'm gonna pay for still being awake, but at least I'm getting some smoking in. MacBaren Navy Flake in a 1980s Peterson 314 Full Bend black Sandblast system pipe. I just finished giving m'lady a hand moving a few things, and drinking Simply Orange while listening to the baseball talk on the XM.

I just tried that Telegraph Hill the other day and really enjoyed it. My local b&m has a bunch of open tins for customers to hang out and sample. Out of the stack, I picked that one and it definitely was a great choice. Some VaPers seem to taste really ketchupy to me and this one didn't. Sometimes I'm in the mood for the ketchup, but it's nice to have one like Telegraph Hill that is less pronounced in that regard.

Moved on to Classic Burley Kake in the Rekamepip Maple Tankard. This is such an easy, pillowy marshmallow of a smoke after the Dark Navy Flake. Finishing up the coffee and then to work.

Good morning all! Starting the day with some McC's FMOTT in a slightly bent bulldog and some French press coffee.

Walkabout completed, Levi in his glory as he got to chase some form of nature's creature that I had no idea what it was but given the fact he did not return with it, or licking his chops, he neither caught it nor inhaled it.... I inhaled St James Woods in the Tsuge Tankard, think the Tsuge needs a good going over second smoke in a row that had a tinge of sourness to it and while St James Woods is not a favorite it is a much better smoke than I got today. For the ride home the Falcon was filled with Latakia Flake leaving a slim pipe worth in the tine, just enough to have in the Boswell Churchwarden. Now having a PRM, strong and black, of Mexican.

Agreed. That's some fine smoking you've got to do, P2.

Yes. The bane of the profession, as you well know. But I also stayed up to help m'lady with her projects, so that means I'm going to sleep like hell when I go to bed. Speaking of which, I'm smoking Charlemagne in the very first pipe I ever bought ($2.95) in 1974; a smooth three quarter bend Dr. Grabow Omega.

Not a lot of time for puffing this morning...now that I've got all my papers commented and graded, I've got to have conferences with the little bastids.

But I am sitting out on the balcony as a misty rain gets heavier with my badly ghosted Grabow Viscount filled with the culprit, Devil's Holiday. Was in the mood for something a little sweet.

Good morning everyone! Late start today. No work, so I slept in a little. The ducklings don't have school today, Daisy had to work though. I've got enough to do around here to keep me busy. Including getting caught up on this thread, I'm thirteen pages behind right now! Anyway, I'm starting the day off the same way I started the day off yesterday, Peter Stockabye Luxury Navy Flake in my Red Rock Cob. That's right...Rocktober continues! Rock on Psfers!
