GH Top Black Cherry in the Kapet 68
MB plumcake in a stanwell. Morning all!
Last night was G.L. Pease Stratford in an American Tanshell, at a pipe smoker meetup with the gent who organized the Pipes Digest email list in which I participated in the 90's.
This morning was Solani Silver Flake in a cob.
Good afternoon from a windswept Yorkshire coast! - in fact it's so windy that smoking outdoors would mean certain burnout!.....so I got special permission to smoke in the kitchen! ( the wife's gone to work! ).....so it's Prince Albert in a lengthened and hard plugged MM Legend, gosh! I'm going all Yankie today! - I've got some CH to follow ( I heard it's pretty decent in a cob )
That's a good looking smoker OT. Very "colonial".
since when did you become all colonized ted
Got up at 3:30am to go to work, but quickly figured out that was not going to happen. CH in a briar, a cup of tea on the side, attempted morning reading, then told wife I was going back to bed. Doctor may have figured out the cause of the falling. Blood pressure is up to 178/idr. Time to go back on the meds. Next month I will have an MRI.
Keep the faith they can get it under control. Best of luck...........
.....As the song said - ' I'll get by with a little help from my freinds'
I assume that is your stem and brass ferrule work Old Ted. Very nice.
I've moved on to HU Nashville County in my Basil Meadows. I've been calling this the wedding pipe but I may have to change it's name to the "Perfect Pipe". This thing is just great. It smokes dry and sweet, and the bowl never even gets warm. I imagine that it'll be terrific with a little cake in it.
Maple Street in a Trypis and coffee in a cup. I have the day off, but plenty to get done at home.
Rum Flake in a Brigham Voyageur billiard. This thing is smoking like a champ.
Awake again and drinking more Kusmi Russian Morning tea with a briar of Irish Oak. Teddi has been fed and is asleep on my feet. She attempted a run outside without me with her, but she soon lost interest. We've got a Nor'easter blowing through with heavy rain. Don't blame her. I don't want to go outside either!
Take it easy and avert your eyes at Wicker Man's pictures...they'll surely send anyone's blood pressure up a digit or two! Take care and feel better soon.
Had to run out to help m'lady with stuff, so I smoked Country Doctor Match in a 1980 Stanwell 668 medium bend with a ferrule, half black sandblasted, half brown smooth, rough top. Sleep is in my near future, soon as I finish this smoke.
PS Luxury Navy Flake in the Castello Old Sea Rock rusticated billiard with Military bit. For PipeSimmo...... Forgot to add I have a lovely concentrated Ethiopian Yirgagcheffe topped with a double Cuban espresso on the side!
Aye, Beginning the day with McClelland's Navy Cavendish in me Canadian and a nice strong cup of coffee.
Congrats on 3K, Simon!
Just lit up three flakes of Peter Stockabye Luxury Twist Flake in my 2013 PSF POY for a ride to the hardware store. See you later. Puff on!
made my day!!
