House of Calabash First Pipe in the Northern Briars banker.

Wish I still lived somewhere where I could still say "Bring on the snow!", but since I don't, I will just say that I'm loving the nice, cooler weather today, and I am looking forward to autumn foliage. Nice to hear a bit of wind in the trees, as well.I swear, it's like when summer comes, the air goes dead still in Alabama, so the return of the wind could be a good sign.

Cyanomeerschaum. A meerschaum pipe that developed a crack that has been repaired with cyanoacrylate. The pipe can therefore no longer honestly be just referred to as meerschaum.

I think you are the only person to have noticed that pipe description.

Bosun Cut Plug in a Brebbia 8311, my favorite briar pipe.

Edit: My wife just said (without prompting) that she doesn't mind the smell of this one. That's high praise for a roomnote.

After being poked with a virtual stick, Painter Hills in a Peterson 80s and a wee scotch and water making things just fine. 28C(82F)H19% Clouds cleared off and it's been a beautiful sunny afternoon walking around in the bush.

oh, you're just asking for it, poindexter!

but I am giving up my fictitiously violent ways, for a gentler, more peaceful e-existence. So I'm smoking Sillem's Black in the Bjarne freehand, watching Erik the Viking for the first time.

Another bowl of Mac B Navy Mixture in a "With Pipe and Book, Lake Placid pipe" from Jpberg.
I'll have to get the stem replaced because yellow swirl makes me look fat.

Don't know what else to call it. Actually octyl cyanoacrylate is what is on the label. It's in the first aid kit, works like a charm on cuts that would otherwise need stitches.

Peter Stokkebye English Oriental Supreme in a medium IMP meerschaum. 23C(73F)H34%. Severe storm warning.

Granger in a Wally Frank Canadian after a supper of pork barbecue, baked beans, and cole slaw. Yep.

You know what I want right now for some reason? Poutine. Our Canadian friends know what I'm talking about. :D
