Guatemalan is great stuff! And as far as high-priced coffees go, give me some Blue Mountain instead of Kona any day. Kona is good, but Blue Mountain is incredibly good. We used to have a great source of it here in Birmingham, but they closed their doors a few years ago. As far as roasters, we're quite lucky in that respect here, as we have Primavera Coffee Roasters here, and those guys are high-octane coffee nerds who make an amazing product. It's really just a big room full of huge bags of green coffee beans, and they're in there roasting it. Smells like heaven. Uhle's Perfection Plug Burley in a DGE cob. It's that kind of day, I suppose.
