It's cool and chocolaty! The snork
has a nice compliment of dark VAs
to balance out the top note. Just my
fisrt bowl, so I will smoke the rest,
    and return with more insights.

I was surprised that despite the "Lakeland" thing and the chocolate, the latakia still comes through nicely (as a condiment of course)

And speaking of latakia adding to the whole rather than stealing the show, HH Highland Blend in the Baki, La Boheme in the speakers

Finishing up the last of my Dorchester before heading off to bed. My Stanwell takes to Va/Pers pretty well.

    Hi nesta,
I have some of the Dark Flake Unscented coming this week. How much different is it from the Scented?

To me they are so different they really shouldn't be compared. SG has that Lat thing goin' on and much less of a chocolate flavor, the Gh has more of a Va taste and more chocolate flavor.

Almost finished with Black House in a Peterson Captain Pete XL80. Up next is Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match in a cob.

I found SG Chocolate less pleasant than Bob's.

Tonight I'm enjoying some Solani ABF in a bent Diplomat. Even fancy burley tastes good in a cob!

SG Chocolate Flake compared to Bob' Chocolate.
Another one that shines a bright light on how we all can taste things so differently.
I love em' both and I get the exact opposite from them that Paul notes above. To me the lat is more up front in Bob's and the chocolate aspect of the SG puts me in mind of the crispy bits from the edges of a pan of brownies!

Just finished a large bowl of SL in my Linkman's Oom Paul.

This bloody thread only serves to remind me of all the blends I haven't tried.

However, today's selection is Penzance in my IMP Meerschaum.

Morning all. Currently 44° here in lovely MA. Starting the day off with some Solani ABF in a Boswell with some black French pressed Sumatran coffee.
