Berry Cavendish ( a nice blend from the local B&M ) in a Sasquatch. This is an aromatic that actually tastes like it smells, not overly sweet but develops a nuttiness as it progresses thru the bowl. The fellow that runs the shop won't tell me who makes it I guess cause he doesn't want me to find it on line and thus stop buying from him. But I have a suspicion that its from Peter Stokkebye.

So... my roommate's dog escaped. I was all excited about this, and had just loaded a my Dr. Grabow Grand Duke after rather long search. (Horrible little yappy animal. Horrid attitude as well, and I LOVE dogs.) when he wanders up to the back door and starts yapping.

You just can't win in life. :(

I'm blaming the Captain Black I loaded. Clearly voodoo is at work and the room-note attracted the little fiend back. I normally don't enjoy aro's, especially OTC Aro's, but there is something to be said for being allowed to smoke inside due to the pleasant room note.

I haven't had the unscented before, but I love Kendal Dark and it's supposedly the same base blend of leaves but presented with a very different cut. If it's like Kendal Dark but in flake form, then it will have a fairly different flavor from the scented form. If it's "unscented" the same way that Brown Flake Unscented is, however, it will be slightly less different

Half and Half in a Stanwell poker. Working on the last of the morning coffee. This is the big advantage to living on the left coast. I get to stay up later than most of you do and my mornings last longer.

It's been a lazy, smokey Sunday so far. I slept in far too late, but I'm making up for it. Plenty of pipes, got right to work on my studies and cleaned up the dishes. Taking a break from research (I'm bad with academic journals, it's very hard for me to find what I'm looking for) for a bowl of Kickin' Chicken in the Astas billiard
