I've thought to hell with it and sneaked in my first taste of Cannon Plug in a bent MM Legend,
Well I have actually smoked ( MacBaren Scottish Mixture) it as it's OTC here http://www.smoke-king.co.uk/acatalog/buy_mac_baren_pipe_tobacco.html but it tasted like Tobacco to me. Maybe we're all different and I just get my Tobacco Pleasure without Wordsmithing. Best Wishes
A lovely still evening here in Somerset, England. MB Club Blend in an Orlik, then Peterson's Perfect Plug in a Hardcastle.
I'm writing reviews of products because I was asked to. Sutliff has been sending me their Private Stock blends and a few days ago, I also got 11 tins of MacBaren products to taste test and review. That's what this is about.
Highland Sliced in my trusty standard Peterson 314. Iced coffee to accompany.
FVF in the Peterson Donegal Rocky
So you're good with words as well as Inks and you make it up as you go along ?
Buisted sent me some Tobaccos to Review and it was a Nightmare I even began to question why the Hell I smoked, then I mixed them all together turned the words OFF and Relaxed. The Mixture was Great but it only Tasted of Tobacco, sorry for dragging my knucles but I review Tobaccos as Like, Not Bad, or Bloody Orrible
Going to smoke another manageable large bowl before bedtime.
HU Tobacco's Flanagan - thanks to our friend dBear - in my new Falcon with whatever you call this bowl. Good night all! Puff on!
Do you keep emptying the humidor out as your smoking ?
Humidor? Which humidor?
Smoking half a bowl of Maple Street in the third pipe I ever bought ($1.95), a 1974 smooth straight French briar Hadley Apple. That finishes this tin which I reviewed for Sutliff.
The weasel fighting circuit is a hell of a life. I heard that you were into the thousands back in your heyday
Just finished Tambolaka in a Stanwell blasted shape 86. It's darn strong, but, once you're used to it, not overpowering.
Astas billiard filled with a blend I'm fiddling around with. About 1/2 Kendal Dark, 1/4 Margate and 1/4 And So To Bed. First smoke....it was given no time really to "marry," but there's definite potential...
Yup, over four thousand of the blighters. Remember, when you're fighting a weasel, he's bigger than a man!
That sounds like something that could really be tasty after a few weeks together in a jar.
I never get tired of that. Just flat cracks me up.
Staying with the Rock cob blends. Va\Bur blend in a Wilke.
Me too, along with "the otter is a fairly docile animal, you can kick it's face off in about a second".
