Finished up office work sooner than expected today and have been working at home all afternoon. Had some Marlin Flake in a BST while working and now I am taking a break with Penzance in a DGE briar nose warmer poker and drinking a coors.

Cards and Rockies are tied 6-6 in the 14th, Astros and Indians are tied 1-1 in the 3rd, Red Sox lead the O's 3-0 in the 2nd, and the Rays lead the Rangers 2-1 in the 2nd. I just finished a wonderful dinner made by m'lady, and for dessert I had hot apple pie and vanilla ice cream (the latter was chilled to the proper temperature!). I'm relaxing after such a filling meal with a bowl of MacBaren Three Nuns in a smooth three quarter bend 1970s Charatan Belvedere 4211DC. I'll go to work before long, but it sure is good to sit and enjoy a smoke without having to worry about anything else for a little while.

Sending Basil some +JuJu for mucho success in this weekends pipe show by smoking a bowl of Father Dempsey in one of his Finished Bullitt Proof Cobs. Going to smoke a bowl of new Three Nuns in another one of his Bullitt Proof Cobs after supper. This one has a natural finish with a cherry wood shank. Both outstanding smokers! Y'all have a fine fine evening!!

Peterson's Special Reserve 2012 in a Peterson 80s and a little Chilean Merlot while dinner is cooking.
Emptied out the wasp traps a little earlier while enjoying Lancer's slices in a MM Legend, didn't get stung once.

Edited to add: Just got a phone call from the friend that ordered the Rekamepip rock cobs for me. ETA is early next week.

I know what you mean, MBV. I'm smoking Mac Baron Virginia No. 1 in my MM Spool-cob . That is, the one on the right. The one on the left remains un-smoked. I bought them at the same time. They were colored identically. I got them during the first week of July.[IMG]
Here is a photo of the MM Egg that I've been smoking since March. It started out the same color as the Spool too.

    Looking good, brother. :th1:

I've been wanting an egg forever. I need to just break down and buy about 25 more cobs.
