Finished the afternoon bowl of Troost Slices in the MM Diplomat. Rubbed out filled the bowl nicely, it smoked long and cool.

Couldn't find a Borg smoking a pipe but this should suffice.

Wrapped up a bunch of work this morning so I rewarded myself with a bowl of McC's Dark English Full (which I realize I've been referring to as "Full Dark English") Have decided I this is my favourite type of tobacco so I'm placing an order for some similar blends at 4Noggins; Presbyterian and G&H Balkan Blend. Off on a bike ride now to get some apples.

Woke up at around 8 this morning and after a bowl of SWR in the Country Gent, I'm now smoking CH in the bent Diplomat. As per usual, I'm washing it down with morning coffee. I spent yesterday in east Texas at a funeral, and the trip wore me out. I would've liked to have slept later, but I have some errands to run today.

A friend and I both enjoyed Blue Mountain last night. That stuff is good, but then again, what smokey Latina blend don't I like?

Nice cloudy cool day here, I've been smoking pipes since 5:00 this morning, I don't remember what in what. Lots of coffee as normal.
It felt like a good day to work on pipes, so I got at a little Cellini bulldog that was in a box full of bowls that our mayor gifted me. Here it is full of Proper English sporting its new Cumberland stem. It smoking like it wants to be a keeper. Thanks again Ruff.

Looks like I get a 4 day weekend! woohoo!
I always like coffee, but right now I am having the best cup of my life. I don't know what is making this cup so good, but damn, its good. I am smoking some LNF on the side of that in the POY. Happy Friday everyone!

Came out to a fitness event to do tech support, smoked a Legend full of Uhle's Perfection Plug Burley in the parking lot beforehand. Have some St. James Flake in the car waiting for later to smoke in a Leonessa Briosa.

Busy in the shop this morning working on a Bulldog, now having some Rumcake in a Pete Killarney bulldog with the last of the coffee. Took the pipe I made to work with me last night. It didn't make it home. A fellow co-worker bought it. So this morning made this one....

The stem has bronze sparklies running through it that really catches the light! Got to get more of this acrylic!

Breakfast this morning: 4 eggs scrambled with just the right amount of shredded cheese, some garlic and onion powder, salt & pepper, with a good amount of Tapatio to top things off. So...

Followed up a decent breakfast with a good amount of Rattray' Marlin Flake (09/12) stuffed into the Boswell Billiard with a cup of Luzianne tea on the side.
The Marlin Flake is simply "wow"! What a great effing blend[IMG]

A big thank you to Jake (sonarman) for sending a sample my way many many months ago[IMG]
