you wash-up with coffee I thought you'd use mayonnaise.
Just finished Berkshire in a 1978 slight bend CAO Turk's Head Meer. Looking around, looking around... what to smoke next?
I was debating whether to have a short smoke or something longer. I decided on Country Estate in a medium bend 2013 black Rekamepip Rock Cob poker. A bottle of Bubble Up soda is my drink. Have lots of work to do tonight, but I have the time to do it.
Just for moisturizing. And a shiny coat.
More Mac Baron Virginia No.1. This time in the MM CG w/Forever Stem. Puff on PSFers.
Guys, I'm way behind on the thread. I've just been busy to sit down and read through it. I'm winding down with CH in the Country Gent and listening to political radio talk on XM. I have to be in Dallas by 730 AM so I'll be hitting bed soon.
Kickin' Chicken in the Baronet tonight. It's been a while since I've smoked this stuff. I'd forgotten how strong it is.
Fr. Dempsey in a Mario Grandi with a Redneck Goblet full of Bourbon and Coke cause it's September 4th! Second night in a row that I went from flame to ash with just one light. Must be doing sumpton right.
Pre - Dinner Pipe Full of my own burley blend
Large Pizza in the oven and starting to smell better than the pipe
got to go eat !
McClelland N0 5110 Dark English in my Pete red spigot XL23
Thanks, bro. The new school year conspired with the heat and humidity to keep me away from smoking. It's good to be back.
Pirates and Brewers are tied 2-2 in the 3rd, O's and Indians are tied 4-4 in the Jim Beam inning, Cards and Reds are tied 3-3 in the 6th, and the BoSox lead the Tigers -4 in the Wild Turkey inning.
I chose one of my favorite pipes for my inaugural try at this long desired pipe tobacco. Solani Silver Flake in a mid-late 1930s straight black grain relief Dunhill OX Shell bulldog with a silver band repair. It tastes as great as I had always read it would. I'm wish it wasn't so expensive though. Well, I'll enjoy this tin and stretch out the experience for a while.
I'm far behind in this thread, smoking DFS in the Yellobole Dublin.
As a side note, the car Pipe has a cherry ghost and I smoked some Latakia in it this afternoon. It was not a bad mix. I may have to experimento...
Peretti Smith's Own (thanks, YappyG!) in the Kaywoodie PSF POY 2013. Cool water to drink 'cause my floaty li'l icebergs are
I like Top Black Cherry better when I mix in some latakia. I say go for it! (Hmm, I wonder if that would work with Spinnaker?)
Savinelli Dry System Pot / MB Symphony ... eye ballin some whiskey
Long interesting day. A little relaxing time with Escudo in a BC bent bulldog.
GH Louisania Flake in a Pete SS 302. All my bowls are smoking hot wet and harsh lately. I'm thinking I need a 3o day pipe rotation or something.
I wisely chose to set aside 2/3 bag of Dust in the Wind's Mixed Blend in a tightly sealed crock since I felt it reminded me somewhat of Autumn. I cracked open the crock and loaded up the MM Mizzou with Plum Forever Stem to make it the last pipe of the night and the first of this blend since July. It has aged as expected, thoughts of burning leaves, wood smoke coming from the chimney, smell of the October Woods and a light perspiration above the lips from the late afternoon sun, I told him he should have made 55 gallon drums of this stuff. It is once again back in the crock and will see the pipe again in October as my goal is to keep it available until Feb when I will have the last bowl for my birthday. The night watch should arrive shortly and sheets are behind me whispering so I'll bid adieu and see you in 4 or so........
