Good morning, all. I'm having a very, very nice morning actually. Kendal Dark in the Pete System, Chinese homework on the side
So I'm catching up on this thread and along comes one of Dbear's posts and my new kitten goes nuts attacking the screen nearly killing my new touchscreen, making screens change since I have stupid Windows 8. He's the cutest sweetest little kitten. He looks like something out of a baby animals calendar. He's so lovey, he's climbs all over you. He sits right in front of your face on your chest, or fight's with the mouse, or chases little galloping ponies on the monitor.
Anyway, so much talk of Va/Per's lately, I'm having Escudo in this lovely Meer gifted to me by a sweet PSF member. Thank You, OT. This is one of my most favorite pipes.
Have a great day everyone!
Chinese 'homework' on the side?
OldTed: unfortunately, Mandarin language homework

Caught up enough to be four pages back. I made the drive to Dallas yesterday to help do some work on veteran's homes. I was at a house rebuilding a chainlink fence. The old fence was in dire straits, and there was a lot of overgrowth of bushes and weeds. After tearing it down and clearing out the brush, we dug the holes and put up the new fence. I don't know if any of you have ever built a chainlink fence, but it's a beating. We were using augers to dig the holes and we were digging into solid clay. There was no shade, so the sun was directly on top of us and it was around 100 degrees. I was completely worn out by the time I made it home. Aside from the hard work and heat, it was a good feeling to see the joy and appreciation on the homeowner's faces.
Relaxing before I head into work today with CH in the Country Gent and hot coffee while listening to political talk on XM.
The staff are at each others throats today. Having some Wessex Burley Slice in a GBD. After enough Burley! and Caffeine!, I've become aware that I exist in at least 4 dimensions and wish all PSFers a very pleasant weekend.
I see what you did there
I don't get it.
